Discovery Calls are a new initiative designed to help referrers, like Support Coordinators, learn more about our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service and find suitable practitioners for participants. These complimentary calls with an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner are a chance to discuss a participant’s needs and determine their suitability for PBS services.
Benefits:

- Help to find the practitioner best suited to the participant.
- Brainstorm a particularly challenging situation with an experienced practitioner.
